What we collect

Free PDF signup: your email address, the date you signed up, the country your connection came from, and which link brought you (for example an Instagram post).
Purchases: Whop handles the checkout. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the payment status.
We never see your full card details.
We set no tracking or advertising cookies on these pages.

Why, and on what legal basis

To send you the free PDF and our email tips: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you sign up.
To deliver what you buy, give support and keep accounting records: performing our contract with you and our legal duties (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare hosts these pages and the database that holds the email list.
Systeme.io (France) sends our emails.
Whop (United States) runs checkout, payments and delivery of paid products.
Each one processes data only on our instructions.
Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
We keep purchase records for as long as Latvian accounting law requires (currently 5 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
To delete everything, email tools@advento.pro from the address you signed up with. We delete it within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
